Hello simmers! Today I finished this expansive lot that I'd been working on for a little bit and I made the decision to share it. It's a large 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom home with plenty of space for your sims. It also has a pond, a garage, and a pool. It costs 169,250 and is on a 30x40 lot (with the longer side touching the street). I did use a moderate amount of CC, but all of it is purely decorative.

















This house sleeps up to 7 sims but was made for 4-5. There are 4 spaces for cars, two in the garage and two in the driveway, and there is one car in the driveway.
