"The Rose" comes with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the main house. The basement provides a small kitchenette, a bed nook, a full sized bathroom, and 2 furnaces. The entire house is fully furnished with very personal touches from the previous owners--explaining why the house hasn't sold in over a hundred viewings. The front room is a bit small, I know, but the lady of the house had a rule: "If you aren't staying for dinner, you're not staying at all." Thereby explaining the hard wooden seat in the claustrophobia-inducing room. I must add, considering the apocalypse is in its approach, the entire estate is surrounded by concrete walls; with the only entrance being the classic wrought iron gate. Keep those zombies out, aye?

The creepy dude that lives in the basement is only the caregiver. He will leave once the house is signed for. (No. He is not included.)

The place is huge for being built on a 2x2 lot. It was pretty pricey at $183,348, so the owners agreed to lower the tag down to $162,787.

This place will probably never sell and the dude will grow old, die, and rot away without anyone being the wiser. The owners have too much money to remember him or the estate. They will forget in a matter of months; especially with Lady Rose being questioned for a homicide, her husband, the good doctor, has been hit in the back of the head with a bottle of wine for cheating in a game of mahjong, the twins already locked away in a loony-bin, and the great-grandmother being put to rest under the apple tree.
