Here is a traditional brick home located in a country setting surrounded by lots of trees. The main floor consists of living, dining, kitchen, master suite, guest bath, and attached garage (for looks only unless you have the ep with the garage door). The other 3 bedrooms and bath are located in the walk-out basement which leads to a patio with hot tub. This house was previously inhabited by test sim, Carla Azuleja, who lived there happily until she moved to another house. She spent some time "earthing" in the green grass in the front yard and will really miss the grounding which eliminated many free radicals from her system. Your sims should try it.
