Information (Click for more details):
Maxis Recolour
This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS2 - check the sidebar.
This is a new mesh recolour, and means that you will need to download the particular mesh itself in order for this to show up in your game. See the Meshes Needed section or read the text for more information.
Hi all!
1) This set 2) No Valentine stubble 3) No Valentine ultra-short hair 4) No Valentine shaved hair 5) No Valentine 'Jazzy' soul patches To me there's always been too much of a gap between adult sims and elders. They jump from their 30s to their 80s, or something, blah. With my 'No Valentine' sets, I am trying to cut that in two and place an 'advanced adult' age somewhere around 40's or 50's. Of course not everyone will play this new age group, younger sims might like these brows too, and your female adult sims might not like to reveal their wisdom years. Keep reading, I have stuff here for all kinds of sims. Here's 3 sets of eyebrows. SET A This set has strong eyebrows with a slight tilt down towards the center - they tend to give your sim a strong character. Great for any rather active and grouchy sim. They are averagely thick and bushy and the hairs are flowing towards the sides of the face. SET B This set adds a lot of definition to a sim's upper face. They have a slight tilt up towards the center, giving your sim's face an open, friendly, somehow warm character, with maybe a tiny bit of sadness. Great for any rather nice sim. They are averagely thick and bushy, with the hairs flowing towards the top-sides of the face. SET UNEVEN The uneven brows are averagely thick, bushy and asymmetrical. They are a bit too short towards the sides and seem like they don't frame your sim's eyes perfectly. This set was made to look imperfect. These brows add a somehow neglected touch to your sim faces. Great for any sims who couldn't care less what their brows look like. Thanks to Phaenoh's help, I came up with 3 kinds of files: 'The Easy Standard' - each set is: - Binned - One grey per set (linked to the black) - 4 Maxis-like colors familified - 16 colors in total - 8 colors merged to one file - 8 'SP' colors (with Salt N Pepper brows) merged to another file - All 3 Sets = 6 files = 48 options in-game (binned) - 'The Selective Option' - each set is: - Binned - One grey per set (linked to the black) - No families - make your own families with the colors of your choice - You can delete some colors, the others will stay with you - 16 colors in total - All 3 Sets = 48 files = 48 options in-game (binned) - 'The Trash Heap' - everything is: - Unbinned, great with non-matchy hair colors and unbinned hair - 16 colors, plus a 17th color : the custom grey (all-ages) - No families - One grey for each color, no need to keep any particular color - Usable by any sim, all ages, any occasion with no restrictions - - All 3 kinds of files work perfectly and have proper filenames; the 8 Natural colors are usable by all ages and both genders. The Salt N Pepper colors are usable by both genders, adults only, except for the unbinned version where it's the free for all. If you try the unbinned ones, you can inflict your toddlers zinc deficiency, your children thyroid disorders or give your teens a weak immune system (you're so cruel); and give them greying brows. Or you can recreate Children Of The Damned and use my Custom Greys on a whole bunch of evil kids. Have fun trying the brows with different face templates. They look good on most faces, but of course gorilla-face and the weird one just above in CAS distort the brows wildly. Need hair matching this? You can get some here and here. You can make recolors. Just link your recolors here, and link this post there. Crediting me for the original sets would be nice too. Thanks for trying this, enjoy! Additional Credits: A big BIG thanks to Phaenoh for a lot of help and quite useful feedback, insight and advice in the modding forums. 112 people have said thanks to billielith for this download.
