Victoria Terrace – Apartments

This terrace is based upon some houses that I pass everyday on my way to work and the house that I lived in when I first got married 29 years ago, which is in the same street but not the same terrace. They are traditional two up, two down, with the bathroom tagged on the back. My garden was 100 feet long but only 15 feet wide!

I am unable to replicate these houses exactly as they are because it just doesn’t work within the constraints of Sims.
• Path down the middle of the garden being the divide between two houses.
• Right of access immediately outside the back door
• Right of access to the shed and outside toilet situated in the garden of the end house (they’d turned ours into a raised flower bed!)

I have recreated the 70’s house too (greyish brick house). The one that was ‘updated’ with stone cladding to the front only (the back remains brick as people only clad the front of their houses!), modern windows (that didn’t match the rest of the Victorian ones in the street) and the avocado bathroom, which was the vogue in the 1970s!

I’ve also taken advantage of the small piece of land that was leftover and created the ‘extension’.

3 bedrooms, one en suite

House 2 (grey 70’s style brick)

For some reason the CC bedding hasn’t packaged with the lot so, if you want your houses to look the same as mine you’ll need to download the following:

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract: Use WinRAR (Windows) or Stuffit (Mac) to extract the .package file(s) from the .rar or .zip file(s).

3. Place in Downloads Folder: Cut and paste the .package file(s) into your Downloads folder:

• Windows XP: Documents and Settings\(Current User Account)\My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Downloads\

4. Install Scriptorium Files: Put the .txt file(s) in your in the proper Scriptorium folder (Scriptorium_ModularStairs, Scriptorium_Fireplaces, Scriptorium_CustomLights, or Scriptorium_Walls). You will find these folders inside your Downloads folder once the Scriptorium is installed.
