So, Tropican Vista is Modern bungalow for your outdoor loving Sims.
It's full of wood, but also white paint and some stone elements.




Dat backyard ^ offers a big pool, and outdoor kitchen and dining area. At the very back...



...you'll find an outdoor living area with a TV and fireplace(There's space for the dog, too!).

Downstairs you've got the kitchen and dining area, a guest bed & bath and a seperated toilet & laundry room.
The livingroom on the 2nd floor is 2 storys high and has access to 2 balconies and to the master bedroom which has it's own bathroom.
Inthe basement you'll find a half bath, an entertainment room(currently a music room, but you can change it to whatever-you- want) and an empty room which you can change-to-whatever-you-want.

64x38 lot, I'd recommend you to use this if you want to place in an some other world.
