I realize that US southwest decor in dry desert may not be your cup of tea in spite of my best efforts so I give you the option of the same house with different styles, one southwestern adobe, and the other contemporary modern. Here are a few pictures of the southwestern one which is my personal favorite:

















Other pictures can be seen below of both houses. Both have outdoor fire places and barbecue areas, and both have attached "base game garages" which hopefully are placed correctly to become functional. Also, the modern version of the house has no custom content and costs less at 110,018. They say you can't please everybody, but I tried!

Basic Download and Install Instructions:
