Now I want a short hair collie as a real pet I didn't even know it existed, but it seems like muuuch less trouble to care for its hairs than the classic collie !! lol

The smooth collie has the same qualities as the rough collie. He is intelligent, easy to teach, it can make a good working dog: some are used as guide dogs! He is gentle with children, and of course he does not ask Lots of grooming !!!! :D

Smooth Collies shed just as much, if not more, than Roughs. I have a Rough, so does my mom. She also has two Smooths. Rough Collies were used to herd sheep in the field... Smooths were used to herd to market. They are the EXACT same breed, just different varieties (like the three varieties of poodles, only differed by coat type instead of size)... and can be bred together. They also come in a Sable Merle, and Mahogany Sable. Just a few extra, and corrected facts from a breeder. I've made some in my game as well, and made a Blue Merle, I just haven't uploaded them.
