I built this house in Academie Le Tour(university hood) for students who have enough money to live in comfort of their own space.
This cozy home is much different from dorm. In this house students have privacy, comfortable living and all space in house is only for them.
House has one room and because that it is suitable for one or two sims.

This house can also be placed in normal non-university neighborhood.
