The Riverview Antiques Store was my first attempt at creating a consignment store once I had gotten Ambitions. Although it was designed and built in Riverview, it could easily be renamed and placed comfortably in another neighbourhood of your choice.





The store could easily be converted into a home as there is a fully functional 2 Bedroom Apartment above (minus the stove), then your sims could pretend to be shop owners.





While on the ground floor you will find the main shop. Outside you will find parking for 6 cars and a pic-nic area to the side.

The lot is 30 by 30 and is set as a 'Consignment Store'. It costs 87,960 simoleons furnished and 56,422 simoleons un-furnished.
