Inspired by Uglydemon's nectar renaming mod , I found myself inspired to fix an equally frustrating quirk of the game. I've always wanted to feel slightly uncomfortable with my vampires, and this simple STBL tweak makes just that change.





This mod changes most instances of 'plasma' in the game to 'blood'.

Plasma -> Blood
Plasma Fruit -> Blood Fruit
Plasma Juice -> Blood Juice
Plasma Pack -> Blood Pack/Blood Bag

The Bridgeport vampire lounge Plasma 501, the PlasmaPunch Gyroscopic Conductor, and some mentions of a plasma cannon in the military (I think) career track are unaffected. EA formatting has been kept, even though sometimes I wanted to drop capitals.

This mod comes in two versions, because I couldn't decide if it was better to change plasma packs to blood bags, or to stay otherwise true to the game and call them 'packs'. So it's up to you. Personally I thought that the hospital keeping its plasma in drink cartons was just asking for trouble.

Only download one version as they are not compatible. That said, why you'd want both is beyond me.

Compatibility
As far as I can tell, it should not conflict with anything else except mods that change the same strings of text. Though as this is my first mod, do let me know if you find conflicts.

This mod should continue to work after an update provided that EA doesn't modify how strings are ordered internally (which isn't likely), or until they add more lines of text that mention plasma. Therefore, you can assume this mod will continue to work after an update unless it's a massive one that breaks everything ever.

Languages
Currently only in English. I'm willing to provide versions for other languages, but I currently do not know how to make them work in game. The mod will remain in English only until someone's feeling generous enough to help me out. Sorry, but I tried.

Requirements
Obviously, requires Late Night or Supernatural. I doubt using this mod without them would break anything, but why would you?
