The Crow's Nest Beach House, is a much altered, mid-ranged beach house that stands near "Old Pier Beach" in Sunset Valley.It could easily be a base game house as the only non-base game content are a couple of beds and the ambitions hobies benches in the basement.





The House has four bedrooms and three bathrooms spread over three floors, with a sunroom on the first and fourth floors.





It was built on a custom placed 25 by 35 lot, costing 99,155 Simoleons Furnished and 57,447 Unfurnished. The lot was placed near "Old Pier Beach" in Sunset Valley here:





When placing the lot, the 25 tile side should line up with the small out-crop like so:





I was trying to build the house with a pirate theme, although it doesn't seem overly pirate-y, but there is a secret basment which was used by the smugglers to store their contraband out of sight, and your sims are reasonably free to use it as they may.
