Updated for patch 1.42
Updated for patch 1.38 Please note that I patched TS3 on a computer that cannot run the game just to get the new GameplayData, so these mods weren't tested. My playable game is still at patch 1.36 until certain mods I can't live without are updated. But these mods should work fine anyway.  I cannot play a kleptomaniac sim without a mod so I figured maybe it is difficult for others too. This mod is similar to Werismyki's but with different values. There are 5 flavors.  Compatibility Made with patch 1.38 Conflicts This will conflict with a mod that modifies TraitTuning_0xc4e3fd010a0b7db0.
