Hello everybody! Today I have something different for you. This is my first residential lot, 100 South Bay Way. I have a few of these similar looking houses on this road that I will get to upload, and this is the first in the series. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom beach house located on the Shore of Edward Sim Island. The great location makes this house a beauty for a vacation home or any local. No matter who you are, it’s charm and location are great upsides. This particular house has no custom content, so there is nothing needed. Enjoy the beach! (Remember I take lot requests)

Basic Download and Install Instructions:
