458 Applewood Drive is a cozy home perfect for your sim's family. There are 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. There is plenty of space to remodel for your larger families! In fact, as I was playing it, I had to make room for more sims. I made the kid's room a little smaller, the bathroom smaller, converted the study into a bedroom, and I was able to fit 4 children with room to spare. There is an island with seating for 3 and a table with seating for 2-3. A formal dining room is attatched to the kitchen with seating for 6. The backyard is the perfect place for long summer nights! A pool, lounge chairs, a swingset, chess, workout bench, and telescope. The patio has plenty of space for a grill and seating or even a hottub. For your sims with green thumbs, add some gardening plots to the side yard and enjoy the fruits of your sims labor.
