Clover Pines is a small ranch style house with a very big secret. From the front, you may assume that it is a small, cozy home. But as you step inside, you realize you were mistaken. Where you think the house would end, a large living area extends from the original ranch. This addition holds the living room, dining room, and master bed & bathroom. A wood stove keeps the house warm during the cold Michigan winters. Yes, this is my home! A few weeks ago, I had the urge to recreate my own home for my sims. So I thought I'd share it with you guys. This house is actually much bigger than my real home due to the fact that we cannot have one-tiled halls and kitchens because our simmies would get stuck. For example, the kitchen, realistically, would only be one tile in the middle. And the bathroom would also only have one tile in the middle. But other than that, I am very happy with how it turned out. And as for the name, we have lots of clover and pine trees in the backyard, and I stink at naming things. There are 3 bedrooms in the original section of the house and one bathroom. One of the bedrooms used to be 2 seperate bedrooms until the original owners (for some unknown reason) decided to make them into one room. So now my sisters share that room, but each has their own side. My room (the pink room) was originally the living room. But they put up a wall to make a very wierd, long, narrow closet and a bedroom was born! Then they added the great room with a master bed and bath attatched. And we can't forget the basement! In real life, we can't have bedrooms down there because it is underground and we would have to add egress windows. But our sims don't care, so go ahead and add more bedrooms and bathrooms down there! Plenty of room for your growing family...and maybe some puppies and kittens too
