Hi! I have never done starter homes before, so this was a huge challenge for me. Of course, it was also a lot of fun.
All the homes have enough space for 2 Sims and a child.
All homes are less than 17000 simoleons, and they are all built on 15x15 lots.
They require: World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets, Showtime, Supernatural & Seasons. Also, High End Loft Stuff, Outdoor Living Stuff, Fast Lane Stuff, & Master Suite Stuff. Built with 1.47

First, the werewolf starter home:

It features ugly, worn-out furniture, trash in the yard, puddles, and a general state of neglect. It's also hidden by huge, imposing pine trees.
