These are beautiful stables situated in a barn that would look lovely in an upscale neighborhood right next to a mansion! The Sims 3 in Origin is a 32-bit application.

The Sims 3 for Mac runs on a 32-bit processor if you have an operating system newer than Mojave (macOS 10.14). Go to the Apple Menu and select "About this Mac". If you have a Core Duo processor, you have a 32-bit CPU. Otherwise (Core 2 Duo, Xeon, i3, i5, i7, anything else), you have a 64-bit CPU.There is an updated Sims 3 here: https://happygamer.com/a-64-bit-rel...ayers-90051/You will need the base game and the pets expansion but other than that there is NO CUSTOM CONTENT!

Along with your stables you get an attached studio apartment furnished with lighting, upscale Pets expansion appliances, and a high end tub and shower combination with matching sink and toilet. Also included for your Sim are:
  • Mirror
  • Outside dining area
  • Outside chess table with 2 chairs
  • Purple laptop computer
  • Horse proof vegetable garden
and a single size brass bed.

For the horses:
  • Training race equipment
  • Training jump equipment
  • Extra hay
  • Drinking trough
  • Hitching Post

The lot is small enough that not a lot of scrolling around is necessary and yet there are very few traffic problems even with 1 Sim and 4 horses. With 1 Sim and 1 horse this lot plays FAST even on my MacBook Pro. Download and Enjoy!
