Lofty Skies pt.1; 3Bdr, min CC

I like mountainside homes. This one can also easily double as a vacation home for the Three Lakes Village lovers. Once again I started from a premade floorplan which suffered many alterations. Finally I decided it’s good enough for other simmers to enjoy so here it is! Feedback would be much appreciated since I’m new at building/sharing!
Again, it’s a small lot, the exterior is rather modern, but I wouldn’t go with ultra-modern. The interior has a LOT of wood paneling (I kind of overuse it) and stone. I used some antique decorative centerpieces and altogether I wanted to give it a feel of tasteful, eco-friendly and sustainable living near to nature within a reasonable budget. That sums it up actually. The master bedroom is really pompous compared to the other two, but one can enjoy some pomposity while in the woods!
The lot has even edges and it’s playtested with a copy. It has an actual driveway that is the invisible driveway by roddyaleixo here on MTS (link mentioned below)

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
