This is a one bedroom and 1.5 bathroom modern cottage for your stylish Sims. Good place for a single Sim or for a couple.
The first story is an open concept area that leads out into a backyard complete with a pool and an area designed for outdoor gatherings. The livingroom does include a fireplace and an HDTV.



The second story includes a small study that can be converted into a small second bedroom, a master bedroom complete with a sitting area and direct access to the bathroom.
