This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.
Nose Ring - You need this like you need another hole in your head.

Available for both men and women, ages teen and up, in 3 different colors.
All included in a single .package file.

Found under Head Accessories - Earrings.

The nose ring is based off of the male hoop earrings,
and such cannot be worn while also wearing earrings,
and the thumbnail will just be a picture of an empty ear.

Please note, the nose ring has a static position and will
not move with the altering of your sim's nose, so you will
need to adjust the nose size and shape to get it to look
just the way you want.
