This is my first upload and the first house I've actually put effort into, and i'm VERY happy. of the results.

I proudly present, the Paloma. A great looking and equally livable, fully decorated and furnished 3 bedroom (4 if you count the nursery), 2 bathroom home perfectly fit for a family. The house comes complete with a Courtyard, Laundry room, Master Bathroom with Walk-in closet, Nursery and Study.

Furnished cost is 160,000 Simoleons.
Unfurnished cost is 80,000 Simoleons.
Lot size is 40 x 30 and the lot is mostly flat so it will fit in most 40 x 30 lots.

No CC required! Took hard work to only use Base and EP items, but I did it! EP's required are listed in the EP requirements. HELS is NOT REQUIRED but it adds the Fish Tank to the Foyer, so if you feel you can live without it, go ahead and download it. FLS is not required either but most of the garage stuff comes from it.

- Notes -

This house is supposed to go in 16 Maybrook Lane, which is the place where the Bunch family house is located. It can go in the lot adjacent and work fine but I believe it looks better in the other spot. The bunch house can be moved to a lot directly across the street from it's original place, if you want to move it.

The bedrooms are mostly generic, I've left them mostly clean of gender bias or other things like that. I believe bedrooms should be designed according to personality and this wasn't designed for any specific family, so yeah.

This is my first upload and I've probably forgot to move something or fix something or whatnot. I went through and tested most things to see if they work and they do, but I am bound to forget something. As such, if you find something wrong, PLEASE message me or leave a comment describing your problem. Much appreciation will be given!
