Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
Updated to 2.10.0. Note that a small fix was done to MC Pregnancy on May 11th after the 2.10.0 original release to fix an adoption bug and will have to be redownloaded if problems occur. Change notes are posted down near the bottom of the download description

My goal with this module is to expand the functionality and story progression within the Sims 4. I was inspired by Twallan's Master Controller mod for the Sims 3, so any similarity is INTENDED.

Here is a description of each of the modules and their functionality.
Module NameDescription
mc_cmd_centerThis is the main module. It is needed for anything else to work. It has a few "cheat"-type commands built-in, but does very little by itself otherwise.
mc_appearanceThis module handles the CAS body part settings, for example the width of an arm or a leg. Templates can be configured in MC Appearance so Sims created by the game will have body parts falling within certain ranges.
mc_cheatsThis module offers various world-based and Sim-based cheat commands.
mc_cleanerThis module handles some basic cleaning-the-game options. Getting rid of homeless ghosts, setting some default makeups on Sims as they age-up...that sort of thing.
mc_clubsThis module gives some story progression to clubs.
mc_careerThis module handles career-based functionality
mc_dresserThis module allows configuration of black and white lists for specific outfit items. This allows greater control of what Sims will be wearing and methods to run to "clean-up" Sims that are not wearing desired clothing items.
mc_gedcomProvides support for the GEDCOM family tree export format to allow import of your in-game family tree into one of the GEDCOM-compatible family-tree programs.
mc_occultAdds options for occult-specific gameplay including alien abductions and pregnancies as well as occult population options.
mc_pregnancyThis module creates a basic story progression of neighborhood Sims in that they can get married and have children as they age-up without direct user control.
mc_populationThis module simulates other basic story progression of moving homeless Sims into households. It has some other moving-in/moving-out type options included as well.
mc_tunerThis module changes the way that some interactions function like turning-off autonomous mischief or mean interactions.
mc_woohooThis module handles romantic interactions between the controlled Sims and other sims. Due to adult-subject content, this module is on MTS's adult-related website found here.

Additionally, there is a stand-alone utility named MC Profiler. It allows the creation of player profiles and will save a the settings for MC Command Center for that player. Different players could have different settings. They just need to configure the profile with the settings they want to use. There is a text document included with the utility with instructions on how to use it. It was created with VS 2015 so I would think it would require .Net 4.5.

Module installation
For any of the above modules downloaded, UNZIP ALL zip files. Place all of the files from within the archives into your mod folder. That's it. Your folders should look similar to this example when complete. Note that only the modules you have installed will be visible here and if this is your first install and you haven't run MC Command Center in Sims 4 yet, you will not have the mc_settings.cfg, mc_cmd_center.log and mc_dresser.cfg files.

Note that as of version 2.1.0, I am using the last digit of the version for minor revisions or "hotfix" versions. As a result, any two modules with the same first two digits will be compatible, even if the third number is different. So, version 2.1.0 will be compatible with version 2.1.1 and 2.1.2 and 2.1.3, etc.

Below, I will go further into each module and their settings and console commands.

MC Command Center

MC Appearance

MC Career

MC Cleaner

MC Clubs

MC Dresser

MC Gedcom

MC Occult

MC Population

MC Pregnancy

MC Tuner

Weekly Scheduled Alarms for the different modules

Below, I'll try to break down difference between versions as I do them
Change Log

Game Compatibility
This has been tested to be working with GTW, OR, Get Together and the patch released April 21, 2016 – PC Version 1.17.7.1020 / Mac Version 1.17.7.1220.

I hope these modules increase your enjoyment of the Sims 4. Together, maybe we can build the game we want it to be!!

Some Troubleshooting Steps to try if you can't tell if the mod is loaded or not

Additional Credits:
Special thanks for this mod goes to the following (and probably others that I'm forgetting!)
Twallan - For Master Controller! Much of my Sims 3 enjoyment was thanks to his work on this mod and many of my ideas for this mod come directly from things I was missing due to his work. He is missed!
Scumbumbo from ModTheSims - He helps me out a lot and points me to forum posts that I would've missed otherwise because I'm usually working on this. Also, his tools like XML Extractor are invaluable!
Thanks to Maybecats and Scumbumbo for the ideas on doing a choice dialog with buttons, which are used for my UI menus!
Kuree for S4PE. Great tool that I use for packaging all my resources.
JetBrains for PyCharm - because I would've killed myself trying to use Notepad++ at this point.
Morphar and Sabreene for suggestions, some bug catching, some question answering on the forums and just generally helping out all around.
Ele88, Egureh, Jor, Hanna337, andreah, Rainsong13, Snugglypoo4, Bysnow, KuriXarya, Kasandro, Gato_24, Bloudwedd, SimBuscus, GeekElk, Bichon2057, Heidi137 and Tracas for translation help!
Egwarhammer and Sabreene for helping with this forum but even more so with the official EA forums. They took it on themselves to try to help answer questions about my mod over there. Very much appreciated!
Tatiana for helping out on the SimsCommunity forum! All of you covering for me on other forums helps a ton!
Big thanks to Egwarhammer for her help writing-up some nice troubleshooting and documentation PDF's that will be included in the MC Command Center zip files.
Thanks to Azoresman for help with tuning-file issues and clarifications that have improved several features I've implemented!

Thanks to all the folks in the comments section that help me find bugs and come-up with great new ideas!!

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Sims 4

This is a multi-part download:

Step by step instructions:
  1. Download any module desired and MTS_Deaderpool_xxxxxxx_McCmdCenter_ScriptAndPackage.
  2. UNZIP every file you download and place the file or files from within the archive into your mod folder.
  3. Make sure that your resource.cfg file is correct. It should have the following lines in it:
    Code:

    Priority 500
    PackedFile *.package
    PackedFile */*.package
    PackedFile */*/*.package
    PackedFile */*/*/*.package
    PackedFile */*/*/*/*.package

  4. Make sure that in the Sims 4 in Game Options/Other beneath the View Custom Content button that you have checked the check-box that says "Script Mods".
  5. The first time you run the game after installation and load all the way into your Sim's household lot, open the cheat console with CTL-SHIFT-C. Type "mc_help". You should see some output in the cheat console which lets you know the mod is loaded. Also, at this time, if you look at your mods folder, you should see a mc_settings.cfg file that was created when the mod initialized. This can be edited with a text-file editor, or you can change settings from within your Sim's lot, as long as they have a computer, in the MC Command Center menu.

Note that starting with version 2.1.0, if two different modules have the same first two numbers, they will be compatible. The last number is for minor "hotfix" revisions. So, 2.1.0 will be compatible with 2.1.0, 2.1.1, 2.1.2, 2.1.3, etc.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:
1. Download: Click the File tab to see the download link. Click the link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.
Read the upload description for installation instructions. If nothing else is specified, do the following:
No Extraction Required (Script Mods):
1. Cut and paste the .zip file(s) into your Mods folder
  • Windows XP: Documents and Settings\(Current User Account)\My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods\
  • Windows Vista/7/8/8.1: Users\(Current User Account)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods\
Script mods need to be placed directly in \Mods or one level below that (e.g. \Mods\Scripts) – sub-folders nested any deeper won’t work.
Extraction Required (Everything Else):
1. Use WinRAR (Windows) to extract the .package file(s) from the .rar or .zip file(s).
2. Cut and paste the .package file(s) into your Mods folder
  • Windows XP: Documents and Settings\(Current User Account)\My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods\
  • Windows Vista/7/8/8.1: Users\(Current User Account)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods\

Need more information?
  • Anyone can use both .rar and .zip files easily! On Windows, use WinRAR.
  • If you don't have a Mods folder, just make one.
  • Mod still not working? Make sure you have script mods enabled
