Want a place to start out? Have kids but not a lot of money? Do your NPCs need a place to call home? Then look no further! This four-unit apartment complex contains three NPC units and one player unit that comes in under §17,000 - and that includes the family car! Two bedrooms, one bath, all appliances upgraded. The current unit for rent it Unit #2A upstairs, but if you prefer to live on the ground floor, Unit #1B has been fully furnished and can be accessed by swapping out the lot markers. (Each unit is furnished for a family of four plus infant/toddler.)

CC-free and Custard-checked, although items from some EPs and the Store are used. If you don't own the items listed below, the game will replace them with comparable items. (Check out the list to see what was used where. You still may be able to download even if you're missing some things.)
