This is a modern house designed for sims who love to party and/or loves gardening. (No CC used)

The main house is built underground.

1 Panic room (Below the Main House) "Huh! Panic Room?? Why?" "Maybe because there might be a Zombie Apocalypse or Aliens might take over the world then it would provide useful to hide. "

Ground Floor contains A 10x12 Swimming Pool , 10x12 Greenhouse (Kind of) and The Llama Party Tower and The Entrance to the main house.



The Llama Party Tower consists of Three Floors and a Terrace

Ground floor : Social Living ( A Living Room)
First floor : Dinner Dine (Dining Hall)
Second floor : The DanceFloor
Third floor : Llama Bar
Terrace : Outdoor BBQ Patio
