As usual, this lot is absolutely hack free and uses only Maxis assets (some require the University EP: if you don't have the EP, you'll have to buy a couple of new showers )

The peculiarity of this house is that it's built into the side of a hill; to access the house you have to cross a nice wooden bridge, passing over a deep river (the Gorges du Loup are a mountain landscape in Provence, France, with high mountains that run down to a deep river: the build mode didn't let me recreate such magnificence... )

The house features a full double bedroom and a small single bedroom on the second floor (suitable for a teen... or a guest!); two small bathrooms w/ shower and toilet; two stealth stairs that connects the three floors.
The ground floor hosts the kitchen and the living room.

Due to the limited budget, I had to buy modest furniture, but as soon as your sims will earn some money, the look of the house will completely change! :D

Basic Download and Install Instructions:
