Hello comunity, here I am again. This time I bring you a renewed version of my previous upload: The Chateau du Landgraab for TS4.

The house is ideal for playing with a legacy family, ass it has lot of rooms, bathrooms and many facilities. The residence has in a centrain way a creepy style, with a layout inspired mainly in the Sims 3 Goth house. The diferences between this version and the previous one are the exterior of the lot, the renewed graveyard (with a catacomb, which provides with more space for storing your dead sims ), and the addition of a basement. No CC was used in the making of the lot.
