When I first came across this floor plan, my jaw dropped and my heart fluttered. This is perhaps the greatest sprawling 1950s ranch I have ever seen! The incredible floor plan boasts lots of light, large rooms, two fireplaces, and lots of storage space. Originally, it called for two maid's quarters in the back behind the garage, but I found the rooms too small for sim size, and frankly, none my sims have live-in maids. So, I converted it into a living room to make it a little more functional.

I have furnished this one, and have tried to use as little CC as possible! I realize it is not everyone's ambition to acquire gigabyte after gigabyte of custom content. That said -- I find the in-game options very limiting, especially in the landscaping department.
