Well, after a looong time, here I am to continue the "TS4 to TS3" series!

This one was abandoned on my PC a few months ago because I was too lazy to upload it, then I got some problems with my internet, then I got to solve those problems, and here Ophelia Villa is

If you had played Sims 4, you already know that this is the house where the Goths live, located in Willow Creek. This is a huge mansion (ok, not sooo huge), and it features 3 bedrooms with a lot of space, 3 bathrooms (one is a en suite bathroom located at the main bedroom), a huge kitchen for your natural cook sims, a dinner room for 8 sims, a living room plenty of space and a piano in the second floor.

You might have looked at the pics, and may be thinking: "Why this house has no TV?"
Well, it's the Goths house! They are known for being a little technophobics (even having a computer on Cassandra's room).

Furnished: 185.704
Unfurnished: 93.897

Size: 30x20

EPs/SPs required:
- Ambitions
- Late Night (only the piano and some deco used)
- Generations
- Supernatural (used a lot of stuff from this one)
- Outdoor Living SP
- Master Suite SP (only for some deco)

Recomended: Remove Deco mod by velocitygrass, used to remove the stencils in the toilets and the overlay and stencils in that big door on the bathroom. If you don't have this mod on your game, the stencils will get shown back if you CASt these items.

- CFE was used to get the outside stairs with walls on their sides (thank you EA for making the outside stair "naked").
- This lot is sim-tested and checked with Custard.

Built with patch 1.57. No CC included.

Lot Size: 30x20
Lot Price (furnished): 185.704

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
