why is there a basement when you can't access the basement or am I missing something? Overall lovely house. Thank you for sharing

There's access to it via a ladder in the cupboard next to the parlour fireplace. It's accessed through the hallway.

Wonderful! I really enjoy the various treatments on the roof. You've done a perfect job capturing the "cleanness" that is so typical of middle-class, 1910-20s revival style homes here in the States. I can think of so many neighborhoods here in Indiana where i'd expect to find such a house, Those are my favorite neighborhoods (with the streets off the grid, curving to follow the contour of the land and the original saplings now massive trees providing a woodsy atmosphere) to drive or stroll around to house browse/gawk. And so much architectural variety, all those revival styles, Craftsman, and some Victorian holdovers...

Keep up the great work!
