EDIT: I'm having trouble loading the lot. At first I thought it was CC related. After removing my downloads entirely and installing both versions (separately) into a fresh game folder (removing my old Sims 2 documents folder and letting a fresh one generate), my game still crashes when it tries to load either lot. It's pretty to look at in neighborhood view but for some reason my computer hates it.

I'm having the same problem and all I can think is there's just too much in the lot? But my computer's a beast so it must be the game can't handle it? Either way I'm uninstalling the house. Which is too bad because it's gorgeous

Just as an update to the crashing, when I load this lot with testingcheats on, it throws an error to do with 3d Shading on the Chandelier. I was able to delete and it opened fine

I was planning to turn this into an elite private school/boarding school, but the lag unfortunately is too much! A shame, as it's such a gorgeous lot.

I use the sims as a psychology simulator...
