Description

This large family farmhouse was originally created to be placed at 1007 Pomona Promenade in Appaloosa Plains but it is a flat lot that can be placed in any world. The home features a first floor master bedroom and attached master bath as well as three additional large bedrooms and two full baths on the second floor. A large eat in kitchen open to the family room is great for hosting parties or family gatherings. A formal dining room, office, laundry room and half bath are also on the first floor. There are stairs to a basement wine cellar off the butler's pantry which connects the formal dining room and kitchen. This house was designed for sims who love to live off the land. It has a small apple orchard in the backyard and a solarium for growing plants year round. A large three car detached garage also makes a great place for a workshop or to just to store all your vehicles.
