Is the lack of space in your neighborhood getting you down? Do you want stylish yet affordable housing? Well, look no further than the tiny house series! The houses in this series are all on 10X10 lots, and pack in style on an affordable budget. There are options for *every* family size.

I wasn't necessarily planning to make another house in this series, but I wanted to challenge myself by making a two bedroom on a 10x10 lot without utilizing a basement. I know I prefer playing my game not in a basement, so I decided to try it out! I did attempt originally with the family version to make it three stories, but it didn't look right. Maybe I will attempt that again, or start a 'small' lot series on 10X15 or 15X15 lots or something like that!
I really like how this one turned out! It did take even more finagling with the furniture and walls than my starter version did. I ended up changing the upper floor slightly so I could fit the stairs and a hallway big enough for sims to enter into the other rooms.
I really like how the showtime statue looks on the side of the house! I think it looks really different, adds a little more interest to the house, since it's difficult to make the architecture that interesting on such a small lot.

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

About me
Hi everyone, I make modern homes for the sims 3 with few exceptions. I also love oasis landing, so I've made many (and will continue to make) many OL homes and community lots. Use the 'oasis landing' tag to see all my OL lots.
I use some CC on some of my lots (usually just the residential lots), but I only use a handful of it and use a few key pieces quite often, so your game won't get bogged down with tons of CC if you download my builds.
Sometimes I won't be around for a while, but if I've posted something within a few weeks, I am likely quite active. I am happy to accept modern community and residential lot requests as well at my discretion.
