Bear Essentials Lodge was a travel destination in the Sims 1 Vacation. It is now available for your sims to enjoy in Granite Falls!

The original lot was around 40x40, and seeing as Sims 4 doesn't have the volleyball net, water arena or archery targets, this version really didn't need that size of lot so I fit it all nicely onto a 30x40 lot...all this lot got aside from the normal camping goodies was horseshoe pits and of course a fishing hole. In regards to the fishing hole, the original lot also had a dock jutting into the "lake", and I did get a reasonable facsimile in and it didn't alter gameplay at all.

I did add the Front Desk from Get to Work to take place of the lodge rental desk in the original game...and it also has a register but while I was play-testing nobody showed up so it looks like it's decorative unless someone decides they want to buy it and use it for retail

I also replaced the buffet tables with fridges and vending machines....the vending machines worked fine. I'm assuming the fridges would be stocked by a retailer so lots of fun there hehe.

I did end up grabbing Perfect Patio Stuff so I could add the hot tub...and my sims thoroughly enjoyed it!!

The rental price is a whopping $725/day, but with 5 beds this would be great for a large family or party gathering!

Lots of fun building this, and I'm sure it will be lots of fun to play!

As usual, I fully play-tested the lot, and used no CC.

Have fun on holiday!!
