This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
I saw that in the main game, there are not many colors for plants. So I decided to create some. It's my first creation and I begin with hortensias and lavander.

I use the french version of the game. So I don't know the english translations of the names in the catalog.

For the recolors of the hortensias, the french name is "Buisson hortensias bleus". English name : Blue hydrangea flowers.
For the recolors of the lavander, the french name is "Buisson jolie lavande". English name : Lovely lavander bush.
We can find them in Build Mode/Garden Center/Shrubs

Prices :
Lavander : 80 simoleons.
Hortensias : 140 simoleons.
(same prices as the orginals)

Required game :
The sims 4 base game
