You have no idea how much I want to thank you for this. I'm handling with this disorder since so much years ago.
I would tell you that I made an italian translation of your mod, if you want to add my translation in you mod, don't hesitate to contact me, it's very important to me to let people know this disorder and how much makes challenging to live.
I sincerely hug you.

This is brilliant! Is there a way I can contact you to talk about a short interview for a small mental health blog?

I'm so happy about this I didn't even know any of these traits existed! I can finally make an accurate sim of myself! I just wish there were more trait spaces to add multiple ones

Can you combine this trait with MTS_skilynn Anxious trait or is it basically the same thing?

I love the idea of this, but it wont show up in my game. I know script mods in general work, because I have one other script mode (sorcerer mod) that is showing up. But, this mod and the other anxiety mod by Skilynn wont work. I've tried updating my game (fully updated, still wont work) I've tried removing every CC and mod minus yours and trying to play the game with only that, and it wont show up. Am I begin stupid and missing something? I am new to downloading stuff like this. Do you know how to fix it?

hi! i was wondering about the having to go to the bathroom aspect of the trait.

my sim will have to go EXTREMELY frequently during the attack, and the attacks are lasting longer than the calm periods. sometimes the bathroom need goes down so fast, my sim can't even make it to the bathroom! is it supposed to be that frequent?

thank you!

I've having a lot of in game issues from the sheer frequency my sim needs to use the toilet; with the trait active my sim spent most of her time using the toilet or dealing with the aftermath than anything else. Is there any way you can tone it down?

Default Social Anxiety is NOT a disease..
This is actually pretty offensive, social anxiety is not a disease it is a disorder. I would appreciate that to be fixed. Also, it would be nice if they weren't CONSTANTLY having issues. While I have anxiety disorder, it isn't ALWAYS that debilitating. It would be nice to have a 'light' version with a few corrections.

Remember that anxiety/panic disorders affect people differently. While yours may not be that bad there are others who may suffer
from extreme symptoms (i.e. like me) and it can and does affect not only your health but your mental state drastically. I've been
hospitalised before for my anxiety and so have a few other friends and family members that I know. It can and does get pretty bad
sometimes. This is why it is classified as a disorder--it affects your ability to function normally and it most certainly can make you more
prone to disease of the heart and brain. We should also keep in mind that there are many different forms of anxiety disorders and they
can be comorbid with other disorders as well. Lucky for me (sarcasm) I got the tasty one (Generalised Anxiety with Comorbid Disorder)
so anything and everything and nothing at all can trigger an attack for me. I can be at work having a smashing good time and then all of
a sudden I'm in the bathroom near the verge of passing out. (Total TMI but it really does make me have to tinkle a lot when I'm having a
'spell'.) I've had an anxiety attack for no apparent reason and I've got to go home because I'm so tired I can barely keep my eyes open lol
Everyone is entitled to their opinion but I suppose that I don't find it offensive because, for me, it is extremely relatable.

While I am glad that you decided to implement social anxiety into a trait, I do feel like there are some issues with how you went about it. First, there is an almost permanent +2 tense moodlet, at least that's how it's been for my sim, which doesn't really make sense. For someone who has social anxiety, you don't really get "tense" unless you're in a position where you're needing to socialize. Sometimes there is residual stress, which would make sense to have the moodlet I suppose, however that would make more sense to have it after an attack. I also feel like the drain on bladder is a bit much, as it's roughly 2 hours your sim has to stay near a toilet, and I've already lost track of the amount of times my sim has either went from 100-0 in like no seconds flat, or was literally a step or two away from the toilet or even about to sit down, and have an accident. I suggest a little lighter drain, or shorter timer on the moodlet perhaps, with maybe a drain on fun and energy to offset it? Other than that, I like how the trait works.
