This massive mansion was built around my love for three things. Big houses, tropical locations, and world travel. The exterior is surrounded in lush green vegetation, brightly colored flowers, and tall tropical trees. The home is set atop a small rocky hill with slopes extending down around it. These slopes helped contribute to the design of the two level backyard with two separate pools and plenty of open patio space. Stepping inside the mansion you are greeted with many large lushly furnished rooms filled with grand furniture pieces and expensive and exquisite relics collected from around the world. Pedestals holding ancient treasures, antique tapestries hanging in the foyer, Relics and weapons from foreign lands hanging on the walls, and so much more fill every space in this impressive abode. If your Sim is a world traveler, they will find so much to love throughout this large and spacious residence.

The interior color scheme is comprised of various tones of oranges, browns, and yellows. This is primarily because I am a huge lover of African art and culture, having visited the continent myself. I fell in love with the use of these colors in many building interiors and African artwork and wanted to carry it over into this home. I feel this is definitely a home I would live in if I could.

There are three levels to this house including the main floor, upstairs, and basement. Each floor is furnished in great detail with plenty to see and interact with. There are six bedrooms and eleven bathrooms inside as well as many large storage rooms in the basement that can either be finished into proper rooms or left to hold the various things your Sim doesn't know what to do with.

Here is the full layout for the home:

MAIN FLOOR:

Grand Foyer
Main kitchen
Dining Room
Piano Lounge

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
