i cant use laucher is their another way to get this in game

You could always convert the sims3pack to a package file, then put it in your documents/the sims 3/library folder It's not recommended though, but if you need a work around, I guess this one would work ^-^

Another one I'll enjoy looking around, although I'm not sure which of my scenarios it would best fit. Reminds me a bit of a house with a moat I did a long time ago.
