Very good, you definitely have captured the essence of Samu here.

Yet Finns might not like being defined Scandinavic or Slavic, they're just about as sensitive as Scotts being separate from the English.

Anyway, I've always been thinking of Finns along the lines of Scandinavian nation, but being Russian myself (what explains good eye for Slavic faces, I assume ), I didn't have any idea of such... sensitivity? Quirk? they seem to have. Thank you for the note )))
