As requested by TruRoseBlood.

30 designs of the Early American "Colonial Style" Fireplace by CTNutmegger. The MESH by CTNutmegger is not Included, you will have to go HERE to get it. All textures used are Maxis/EA or recolours of CTNutmegger tiles.

Many thanks to shastakiss for letting me know there is a fixed version of this fireplace, you can find the fixed version HERE.

Known Issue: The Fireplace overrides the Gentrific "Flame-O-Rama" Fireplace in game. I did take a look, but could find no obvious reason for it because it was cloned from the LaBoheme Fireplace from Apartment Life.



These are base game compatible, no EP's or SP's required!

Found: Build Mode > Miscellaneous > Fireplaces. Price: §1,500.



Files have been compressed and checked in game. Colour charts are included in the zip files.
