For males:

"preg_virile": 60

They're relative weights rather than explicit percentages.

If you have two sims with preg_both, both will become pregnant if they Try for Baby. I would assume that a preg_both and preg_fertile pairing would also result in both becoming pregnant.

Your mod no add the option Both to CAS Custom gender (I was searching for the mod from Turbodriver than add it, but no found)

I haven't touched the CAS screen because I'm reluctant to change any existing tuning, etc, with this mod. The only way I can think to check if sims have both is to use Show Sims Info, I'm afraid!

My PC has the answer (Berjsen family)

I just downloaded Sims Info, and said me than Sofia is a woman than can both (preg_both)
Then I changed by curious to herr family, and your mod did this with Bjersen family:

Bjorn: preg_both
Clara: female
Sofia: preg_both
Elsa: female

Then Bjorn can both and Clara only be impregnated. They had a female baby, and as say Sims Info, all straight for a woman except than prefference male clothes

But about reply to you: preg_both + preg_fertile = preg_fertile become pregnant (seem that only when pregnancy happeen while unplayed)
After 2 tries playing Bjergsen family, BOTH become pregnant

What would be the solve to this: Only pledge to Maxis than add the apropiater option at CAS (and code)
