To have the creativity to imagine something like this and to pull it off so very well, this is nothing short of amazing. Love everything about this lot, thank you so much for creating it and sharing it with us!

ETA: In-game, this lot is beautiful! Such a joy to look at, I've found another happy place :)

Darn you, I did not need yet another lot! Seriously, this is too cute to resist. I have to have it. ThIs would go great in an amusement park end of town in a Beach or tropical world. I'm excited.

This will be stupid question, but what "no cap" means? No CC is "no custom content", I know that one.

OMG, this is too cute! I don't download lots often but I think I'll have to put this in my game because 1) this obviously took some work to get this result--I commend you! You did a great job on the Nemo building! It's amazing!--and 2) it's such a unique lot and so's my neighborhood--I love wondrous variety--and so, natch, I just have to have it!

@exlibrisas... not a stupid question at all. CAP refers to 'create a pattern' which we can make using the EA tool. Some folks don't consider this CC but others do so I usually differentiate for clarity.
