This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.
Hey guys! Have i ever told you i play a lot of FreeSO (Free Simulator Online)? It's a project aimed to revive The Sims Online as it was originally made and with many more features! This year's Christmas Tree for the game was made by me! I've always enjoyed creating and contributing with content for the game, and this time i also converted it for The Sims 4! Enjoy the description!

You can easily find this holiday tree in the game by using the The Sims 4 search feature! Just type in the name Holiday Tree - By LittleDica and you will easily find it! You can also check out the Decorative > Misc category, which is where it is located.
It does not come with a custom thumbnail, so it's going to be basically the default one!

This holiday tree costs 550 Simoleons, the original EA tree costs 460, this results in this tree costing 90 Simoleons more than the original tree already in game.

Tired of the usual colors? Are you ready for something more extreme but the game doesn't let you have it!? Fear no more! This tree comes in 5 color variations, all 5 of them come in 3 different versions,
normal (green), frost (snow dusted) and snow (full white)! I'll do the math for you, this means you're able to choose between 15 different swatches! You can check out a preview of them all in the pictures.

It's time to celebrate! Have yourself a merry little holiday with this gorgeous tall tree, decorated with bright lights, shiny balls and glossy tinsels! Not feeling the green? Don't you worry, we've got you covered! You can decide for each color variation a green, snow dusted and full white leaf. Is the fireplace slowly dying? Are you still good bying? No big deal! Turn the lights on and boost the atmosphere of the room with these colorful lightsbulbs!

The polygon count, as you can check out below, is quite high. Now, this is an object that in theory is going to be placed only one time on a lot, but still, that's pretty high. That's due to the quantity of leaves planes that are needed for a decent density of leaves themselves. If you feel like your GPU can't handle it or you run your game at graphics settings that are lower than medium and the game still lags out,
i would recommend to not download this tree. However, if your game runs just fine with any CC you download out of ModTheSims, which is pretty much always super high poly due to the lack of rules on tumblr and SFS, you can go on and easily download this tree with no problems!

Polygon Counts:
LOD 0 (Highest quality): 8353 Polygons
LOD 1 (Lowest quality): 4177 Polygons

Texture size (Diffuse, specular, normal, emission): 512 x 512 Pixels

Additional Credits:
Electronic Arts: We creators often forget to mention them, but i think it's time to say Thank you EA for the amazing game platform we create on!

Blender: Modelling the tree (for days and days and days...)

Paint.NET / Photoshop: The process of creating the textures.

Sims4Studio: The process of creating the package file, which is super easy and quick with this tool.
