This is a set of 24 face sliders available to use in Bodyshop, CaS and the plastic surgery machine.
I tried not to recreate sliders made by other creators but I somewhat failed.

  • they create inheritable facial features (if not applied in the plastic surgery machine)
  • since sims files do not contain any information about used sliders, sims created using custom sliders will be displayed properly and can be edited without problems if you haven't these sliders installed
  • adjusted to various age groups and genders (since it isn't possible to make a slider work perfectly with every face archetype, I've made it statistical way)
  • if it were possible, support for low detail faces (they're sometimes used to create households thumbnails)
They're the same as in the 20 Sliders set but I forgot to write about all of them that time.

Contents of the set
  • 5 full face siders:
    • cheek raise
    • upper jowl width
    • ear depth difference
    • ear shape
    • outer orbit depth
  • 1 brow slider:
    • eyebrow center shift
  • 15 eye sliders:
    • upper eyelid curve
    • upper eyelid lift
    • lower eyelid curve
    • upper eyelid shift
    • eyelid crease curve
    • eyelid crease lift
    • upper eyelid height
    • upper eyelid width
    • eye corners distance
    • eye corners height difference
    • lower eyelid shift
    • eye bag curve
    • eye bag lift
    • lower eyelid height
    • lower eyelid width
  • 1 nose slider:
    • nostril rotation
  • 1 mouth slider:
    • philtrum depth
  • 1 jaw & chin slider:
    • jaw definition

The sliders themselves won't conflict with anything but their icons use a Maxis group so slider creators have to be careful while setting instances for icons.

@pianogrinder @suzymarie64 I would also love to see body sliders… but there is no known way to make them. Face sliders are vertex-based (unlike The Sims 3 sliders whose are bone-based) and modify sims' faces permanently. Every sim has their own face mesh and a resource that contains information about equivalent faces for every gender and age group. There are no equivalent files for bodies or scalps – they're just global, no sim has their own body or hairstyle. Body sliders can't be also vertex-based, for example because body meshes differ in number of vertices.

How coincidental, you made the last one on 13 april2017,same day now on 2018. I love these sliders as they've given a face lift to my sims. Thank you very much and keep up the good work!

@merdersupernova Unfortunately, for now we don't know how to create non-face sliders.
