I haven't looked at it in-game yet, but I am, offhand, thinking that these could have rabbithole rugs put in them and be interesting surroundings for rabbitholes.

I am having trouble getting the SouthWestern Gas and Cafe to install.

Thank you for warning me about the installing issue, I very much appreciate your feedback!
Although you haven't specified what goes wrong during the process, or what the error message is, I checked the situation today. I discovered that yes, if I open the .rar file and double click on the sims3pack file, the installing process doesn't start automatically, as it does in case of the other sims3pack files (the other two lot uploads). Then I tried another way, I saved the Southwestern sims3pack file into the Downloads folder, opened the Launcher and I found the lot under the Downloads tab. I clicked on the Install button there, and now it has installed the lot instantly.
Of course, if you don't use the Launcher at all, and you have your own alternate methods to install a sims3pack, then the solution above won't satisfy you, but I tested it and it worked me through the Downloads folder / Launcher install today.
I don't know by the way, why the Southwestern file is different. I suspect for example that the game doesn't like the "é" letter in the name of a sims3pack file - next time I pay attention not to use it.

I'm a huge Route 66-type architecture fan, and the Southwestern Gas and Cafe is JUST what I need for my re-vamped Lucky Palms.
