Liz, thank you for this set---and for all your excellent recolor work. I have most of it from MTS in my game now and have completely loved having it to mix and match with. You also keep recoloring things I've always wanted extra colors of, so that has been wonderful as well. Besides, interior layouts and color schemes are probably the thing I most love working with in the game (outside of Live mode), which has made it all even more delightful for me.

Your make-a-rug carpets here are a lovely touch. I know (vaguely) that there's a way to individually rotate floor tiles, 90 (or is it 45?) degrees at a time, though I've never done it. It might make perfect sense to give a little detail on that with this upload, since it's needed to make the carpet tiles into rugs! Would you be willing to add that to your description, or just give a quick how-to here in the comments?

Thanks for this lovely set! There are items in it I've never really used before. The wall and rug choices are a clever idea too. (:

I have a question about Collection files, if we use the Collection files, do we also have to add all the items into the downloads file separately? Thanks

@natboopsie - Thank you so very much for all your kind words! I really hope you enjoy the make-a-rug carpets too, and they're easy to use. Floor tiles rotate 90 degrees when you use the < or > keys (greater than or less than, if those don't show up), so just place a corner, hit the key to rotate, place the next corner, etc. Just be sure after the last corner to hit the key again to put the tile back in its original position, or the next floor tile you use will be rotated too and not tile correctly.

@Duine - Thanks so much! I specifically wanted to do this set because I wasn't getting much use out of some of these objects, and I was hoping some recolours would give them a little more appeal. Really hope you enjoy them! With Collection files, yeah, you still do need to have the items in your DLs too. It's just the list of which files go together so you can open the Collection and have everything listed in one place instead of having to go from category to category hunting each thing individually.

Thanks for the how-to, Liz! So easy, too. I was a little worried since I already have in my userstartup file that the < and > are aliases for the 45-degree rotation cheatcodes---but it turns out that doesn't matter. Those two keys still spin floor tiles just fine for me! So I've already been able to make a couple rugs from your new set. Yippee!

Edited to add: you weren't speaking to me, but since you mentioned it to Duine, maybe you'll be happy to know that your previous recolors indeed gave new life to several neglected Maxis objects in my game. Just one more reason it has so delighted me each time you've released a new Claybee set (I quite liked the Susan collection also).

Thanks, and collections are very useful for me since I can't always remember what's in a complete set. (:
