If you want to expand on this mod then i have some suggestions, because there are some misconceptions.
Someone that is antisocial sees the world with indifference. They have what's called a shallow affect. Which means that they don't experience the strongest emotions like: "Love, Hatred, Joy or Depression". They could watch a person die in front of them and they wouldn't experience anything.
To simulate the shallow affect, you could make the sims mostly remain in "Fine" mood, with the exceptions of "Focused", "Inspired" and "Dazed" etc.
Also keep in mind that they don't get tense. They are chilled and relaxed no matter what.
Someone that is Antisocial can be manipulative and a pathological liar. Because of this, i think they have no problem developing social relationships. They can make friends no problem.
But sustaining the relationships in long term is challenging.
So instead of giving them a nerf to the Friendships increase value, it would be more accurate if they got a nerf to the relationship decay value(if possible).
They also lack empathy, but there is a trait already in the game for lack of empathy.
Typically they also have bad impulse control. So instead of giving the sims whims like "Being alone", give them some more Mean whims. This would encourage them to be hostile sometimes.
