This house is beachy, yet modern. The inside has well thought out interior design.
Not even kidding, I am in love with the interior design!
It works well in-game with my sims, and has no Custom Content whatsoever.

"A set of 8 cushion pairs & triplets, and a wee roll cushion as well. There are 3 recolourable channels per set, most sets have a left and right version, and they appear in the Misc Decor section of buy mode. You need to have the “Moveobjects on” cheat on, and I recommend holding down the alt key when placing to get them just right. Sims should have no problems sitting on sofas with these on them, but if they do, let me know! Actually, if there are any issues at all with them, please let me know so I can fix :) Just a note, due to the variation of sofa and chair cushion heights, on some seating these cushions may appear to slightly sink into, or float above the seat. It has all the typical departments of a grocery such as a florist, produce, meat/seafood, deli, bakery, pharmacy, restrooms, plus it has an espresso bar with seating area. Do you hate un-trained cash register employees? You don't have to anymore! Then slick mod creates a code that tells the NPC (that is) buying something to go through the door and pay automatically. The cool thing is, once a customer leaves, he/she cannot come back until the day is over. Here is the original description:
Sims walk past this on the way out and have their shopping and credit cards scanned instantly. It also gets them to leave after purchasing so they don't hang about being a nuisance.

They also have many other interesting mods, to many to describe. If you want this mod, you'll obviously need Open For Business. This doesn't override anything, but I suggest just putting this on the lot; do not put this and a manual cash register on the lot.
