From the site:

"As expected, EA went a bit nutz with the zombies in Supernatural.
With default settings being 40% chance 3 zombies will spawn every 90 minutes, the town quickly gets overrun!"

Yeah, no kidding! This mod is designed to control that zombie population, from no zombies at all, to a 25% chance of one every hour, to 100% of one every hour. Ahhhh! Much better!
