I design Sim textures and lots as a way of expressing my creative self and sharing my creations with the masses. All else that happens as a result of Simming is a bonus! :)

Sims 3 Plans
I have decided to reserve my creations for The Sims 2 ONLY. The Sims 2 was a great investment for me and one I plan to enjoy to the fullest now that I have more time to do so. I have no intentions of designing for the Sims 3.

Expansion Packs, Stuff Packs and Costume Content
I am about having choice when creating Sim lots. Because MAXIS/EA spread out a lot of the build mode features in the various EPs and a few of the Stuff Packs, I prefer to use whatever EPs and STUFF Packs I feel necessary to build each individual lot. I also WANT to decorate my lots with everything available from Maxis/EA as needed to cut down on using too much custom content. Themed projects that are specific to a certain style, historical period or subject will be very object heavy. Whereas, simple communities may not use any user objects at all. With Sims 2 EPs being packaged in sets and more affordable for Simmers, I've decided to design using all EA/Maxis games most of the time. Please note that I already have a variety of lots posted that require few EPs and no Stuff Packs. Some of my future projects will not use all EPs and Stuff Packs either. As for Custom Content, I have several lots already posted that use minimal custom content. Understand that I am not against using custom content at all...I truly feel it should depend on what I'm trying to create. As I said, it's all about having options and the freedom to use whatever I wish when creating!


POLICY
All StephSim walls, floors, and ground covers downloaded from MTS (including in lots) can be FREELY used in lot creations on any free or pay site as long as I receive credit for the textures. Feel free to use my neighborhood maps/terrains with your uploaded lots as long as you give me credit for the maps. Feel free to use any objects shared in my profile on MTS in your creations (lots, movies, stories) as long as credit is given (to both myself, Jason Duskey or anyone who I team with to create them). Feel free to recolor objects I upload and include the mesh as long as credit is given to both myself, Jason Duskey or other creators I team with on FREE SITES ONLY. Feel free to use my lots for your Sim movie making purposes as long as you give me credit for the lot!

REQUESTS
I am in the midst of several projects. I am no longer taking requests until Gwrych, Babylon 5 Textures and Simtopia are complete. If your request is relative to what I am creating or you have a suggestion about an upcoming project, feel free to run it by me.
